“Our bank has implemented and operationalized CBS since March 2011 successfully.
The Bank has acquired membership of National Financial Switch (NFS) from NPCI to
provided services of ATM and has installed 17 ATMs.
As per instructions from RBI Bank has started issuing EMV based cards, E-Com services
have been started from Feb – 2016 by which facility of online ticket booking, online
shopping, payment of various bills etc. can be made. Our Bank has received license
for Mobile Banking Service from RBI, the services have been started from Aug-2017.
SMS alert facility for customers also has been started. 24x7 facilities like cash
deposit, Passbook printing, Deposit of Clearing Cheque through Mega Banker Multifunction
Kiosk machines has been made available to customers. Facilities like NG-RTGS, NECS,
NACH, Atal Pension Yojna, Prime Minister Jivan Jyoti Bima Yojna & Suraksha Bima
Yojna were made available as per RBI guidelines. Bank has implemented video conferencing
for Head Office, Vashi Office & all regional offices from January 2017.
Mobile Banking:-
• Bank has implemented Mobile Banking Service for its customers with NEFT/RTGS and IMPS facilities enabled for its customers.
• Bank also implemented UPI facility for its customers through Mobile Banking.
